And yes, we've been the best team for a couple of years.

But, I really am allowed to think and say that the decisive rule is a silly one. There is no inconsistency.
If we'd won on the toss of a coin, we'd have won, that would be the rule, but it wouldn't be a good rule. Not too hard to hold these thoughts simultaneously is it?
And I have no idea what the reference to champagne and Muslims has got to do with anything.
