The clubs wage structure......

We can pay loan players a lot of money as its under the guise of a "loan payment" but once we look to sign someone permanently they have to be under the current wage structure.
I'm guessing its the same with Farhmann.
We probably could not afford (want to pay) his wages if on a perm.
