I bought something from a guy on Gumtree, paying by Bank Transfer
It wasn't very expensive at £30, so took a chance and trusted him but he's not sent the item and not responding
I have his name, bank sort code and account number and his mobile number. What can I do with this info to cause him at least £30 worth of hassle/aggravation?
