is all these new players need to get to know their systems (plans A & B at least) plus all get to know each other and re-create the dressing room atmosphere they presumably had last season when they were winning. Presuming they won't all play and they'll be some rotation plus losing games will be interesting to see how they gel.

Doubt they have looked deeply (like Webber) at players character etc so might be an issue over the season. As Webber said it's so important to keep that dressing room and squad togetherness which can hopefully make up for where we may lack in Premiership quality (at the moment until they gain experience) in some areas.

Yes I'm clutching at straws.

Fulham spent all that cash last year on players that no doubt had ability but presumably didn't have the team ethic which is also needed. Also, winning helps obviously.
