I'd go 30-0 (just)

I reckon if we bat the whole innings we score more than 223 so by far their best chance of winning is to bowl us out. I'd rather have the wickets intact - we don't NEED to score quickly given the low total.
Even 30-0 would match their runs from the first 10 overs but with three wickets less down, which gives us considerably more chance to accelerate later.
