It’s all about the standard for me...

I have no doubts that the woman’s game has improved remarkably over the last few years and the comparison to men’s football is irrelevant as they simply aren’t comparable. But it’s still not at a standard I want to watch. Same as I wouldn’t be interested in watching Diss town v Mulbarton on the BBC as the standard wouldn’t be to a level I would enjoy. The games that I have seen throughout this tournament have been of a very low standard. However in a few years time if the good work is carried that has been started then maybe it will get there.
