Regarding the shop closures and job losses

Many of the shops were purely set up and opened to cater for the fixed odds betting machines,A maximum of four machines being allowed on each premises.The operators simply had to open more premises.These are quite a new phenomenon on so therefore it will just return to pre-fixed odds betting machine levels of bookies on the High Street. No great loss.
