These are on the same level as England and Norway. Let’s face it,

USA have the athleticism, Brazil and France have the technique and tactical awareness and the rest are a bit messy still. Hopefully a couple of world cups down the line and a lot of investment which will come after the TV success of this one and it will increase dramatically in level.
