another centre back (or even two) as we would possibly want to play 3 at the back more often again this season. But I don’t know. Maybe Heise or another of the fullbacks can play as one of the three.

Probably need another defensive midfielder but a ball playing one of those who is also home grown is a bit gold dust.

Personally I would be spunking my biggest wad of the summer on a player who could genuinely push Stiepermann for a starting position behind the striker. I think Stiepy is a risk. He’s such an unconventional player that I have no idea whether he will thrive or look like a pub player in the premier league.
