I actually know Bloke B (Dean) and Bloke A (Darren) is a customer at the shop.

I think you’ve got it about right Tombs, TopNotch actually build and supply the things and they seem to be pretty good. Dean is one of these blokes who just gets on with the job and from what I’ve seen does a good job. I’d recommend him for sure. I think that they erected one at Darren’s place at Tasburgh and Darren is a showroom/dealer for loads of his own outdoor buildings as well as (I think) selling on behalf of TopNotch. Darren’s alright, like you say he’s got the patter but I like him and I think he knows his stuff, seems to run a good business and offers loads of other designs. I guess it makes sense to go straight to TopNotch, it’ll be the same people turn up and build the same building but cheaper from what you say. Alternatives can be found in the back pages of Classic and Sportscar magazine, firms like PrimeOak, English Heritage etc Better quality, nicer detailing but big money.
