No, it's what myself and others have been saying for weeks. Nigel Worthington and his coaching staff are hopeless at tactics, motivation and man-management. Some players need a bit of kid-glove treatment more than others. If you make them feel their best, they will give their best. How much longer do we have to wait before the Board too sees the bleedin' obvious!!
