There was a lot of analysis ahead of the playoffs

Derby, Leeds and Villa all in some financial difficulty, nothing terminal but needing belts to be tightened, if they didn't go up. I assume that's also true of WBA but can't remember reading that. I don't think Leeds (or Derby) will challenge as hard this year as they did last year.
