They probably had pre conditions put on them and no doubt SW had to see the finished product before it went out.

Fair play to them though, they get decent people to interview and when I met them at The George, London Bridge a couple of years ago they where thoroughly nice chaps.

I bet they read The Wrath, so I will say carry on the good work.
