Should anyone be surprised that FIFA have managed to f**k up with VAR?

Using technology to improve decision making in football shouldn’t be *that* difficult. Using it to reverse penalty saves is just insane. What next? Is every throw in going to be checked for foul throws by millimetres? Farcical.
