I do like the strategy of snapping up talented young players who may hopefully become the

next Maddison and its absolutely right that we do this whilst we are in a position of strength in the premier league to hopefully keep us strong even if the worst happens and we do get relegated. There is little to dislike about that strategy.

I don't know yet if Turnbull (if he comes) falls into the category of one for next season or for the future. Adshead clearly is one for the future and the rumoured Arsenal kid I think would fall into the same category. But it would also be nice if we could also sign a couple of players with the aim of actually strengthening short term to try and stay in the premier league which ultimately is the best way of securing our future financially so I do hope we will see that balance.

I am sure Webber & co are on the case!
