Eldest daughter - creative home made card (✔) with some unintelligible sentence that was meant to say 'thank you for making my dinner'. Dont ask me why. I dont think she will be troubling Oxbridge (✖).

The Boy - I'm the best dad ever according to the card (✔) but all he wants to know is when is his party starting (shared b'day party with his best m8). Selfish khunt (✖).

Middle daughter - had fun making my own card with her just now (✔). Has learned to write 'h' so I've had to pretend hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh means happy daddy day. Stropping because she isn't having a party. Going to be a long day (✖).

Youngest daughter - filled her nappy, gurned a grin, 'daddy pooooooooo' (✔). It stank (✖).

No lie in. Had to make my own coffee. What a great day this is shaping up to be. FFS.
