risk mitigation is key here, fire plan for example would be a primary concern so mitigated by many things, fire fighting equipment, well trained stewards, lack of build up of combustables (cardboard etc) fire retardent building fabric, evacuation plan etc. there will be contingencies for all forseeable eventualities, from terror attacks to away fans going on the rampage. all very managable and would be taken into account during the certification process by SMEs.
