Its not going to be as good as the national men's team.
they aren't pro-players, so it would be more reasonable to expect them to be as good as the national game XI or whatever it's called.
A lot of them started playing older then men would, certainly they've had less access to top quality coaching (most clubs have only had girls coaching for a couple of years max). (An interesting result of this has been that the standard is more even across the levels, good women's sunday league can be very good)
the FA and a lot of other people did their best to ignore women's football, even now it doesnt get much support.
In short, give it time, in 5-10 years the standard should be much higher.
