is there a deadline date for purchasing the away membership please?

sorry to have to ask on here if it's already been discussed i tried looking on the club webpage but can't see it and i rung the club on the telephone but there's 20 odd in the queue and i can't be arsed to wait 4 hours. thank you in advance for your informations. if you don't know, that's fine as well don't worry have a terrific day/week/life.
