I don't think they have specified, probably because

they introduced this 10 tickets category at the last minute as damage limitation after consulting the chosen 7 fans on the QT. My understanding is that before those conversations this priority group was not part of the plans. The details published yesterday suggested it could only be for this season but its not clear.
