I know it's all a bit Robert Chase's promotion graph and all that - but I think it's useful as a guide to the sort of total we'll need to be close to at different stages of the season.

I am VERY encouraged by what our run-in looks like: several of those sides might well be on the beach by that point. It reminds me a bit of 2004/5 - I never lost hope because I always felt the run-in would pull us back into contention. And in a different way, but for the same reason, 2001/2 too.

Of course it's gonna be hard. It's gonna be horrendously hard. But we might well not even need 40 points in the end... and no question, we can do it.
