as a home ST holder you are guaranteed all 23 home games.
Thats what the ST gives you.

If you want to watch more away games then go more.
The guy who goes to all 23 deserves his tickets. So does the guy who went to 20 or 15.

There has to be a cutoff point. At 9 games you clearly a casual away fan.

If I only attended 9 home games then clearly I'm just a casual home fan.
