Well unfortunately that's the whole point of tiered system

If all tickets sell out in second tier then that is that. At least premier members and season ticket holders have equal chance when the office opens.

And second to that point. 10,000 ST holders could buy premier membership which would far outweighs non members so the point is ridiculous anyway.
