That's just it - 'casuals'.

Less commitment, so less loyalty.
We're not getting much of a reduction next season anyway, so that point is rendered at least partially moot.
The hardcore, the ones who go to the most games, the ones who have committed the most time and money, surely they should be the ones who should receive the greatest benefits?
