my shares have meant diddly-squat for quite a while now

there was free membership for about 10 years

but after about 5 of those they introduced tiered-membership, super and standard. The super members got to buy tickets before the standard members (like with this new one). For a couple of seasons the shares got me a discount on the supermembership so i was only paying the difference in price between the 2 tiers. Then they went to one level of membership and the discount went too.
