Another thing flowing from this is that

It now appears home season tickets give you no priority at all for away tickets and with prices capped at £30 a game give you very little benefit for home tickets (other than a guaranteed seat obviously).

I would be interested to revisit the advertising for the season tickets to see if they advertised them on the basis of certain benefits over membership.
