As a season ticket holder who goes to quite a few away

I do feel a little displeased by this. For what purpose did I accrue those away points last season? What about past loyalty from previous seasons?

I appreciate change happens, but it comes over a bit sharp when you can pay £50 to jump a queue that people have paid quite more than that a bit to be in. New customers trump existing again, they’ve already got our money so thank you very much, we move on? Cheers.
