Rory gets it. Raab quite clearly doesnt even get the mood of his party let alone the country. Gove and Hammond get it. I think BoJo is clever enough to get it, and he's certainly ambitious enough to want to be more than a one term PM (even if he is enough of a narcissist to be drawn to the idea of going down in the history books as the Brexit PM).

Whether their members get it is quite another thing though.
