I reckon that's 6 stumps, 2 bails (they're long these days), 2 bats, 2 bat handles - BUT

I think Worthing's right and they've forgotten the cork inner of the ball UNLESS they've counted it, twice (two white balls used), now we're up to 14 so they then must be pretending a bat's only one piece of wood (which is a bit silly).
