Out of interest - genuinely - what tournaments/games do you think have been decided

Choking is usually throwing away a position of victory because of mental disintegration - not just being second best.

eg...

Jana Novotna, South Africa WC99, Jimmy White when 14-8 up (and missing easy black in final frame the following year).
