Yeah it’ll be a c47/dc3 Dakota, there’s a massive assembly of them on Tuesday at Duxford

and I’m going! They’ve got 34 of them lined up to take part, many of them coming over from the States and even one Russian made one. They’re going to fly in formation over to Normandy, it’s going to be a helluva sight. They’re even doing a mass parachute drop using old round style chutes
