My dad was a massive Liverpool fan. That tweet was such a bitter sweet moment for me. As a teenager I rowed with my dad all the time but then I moved to Norwich, became a Canaries fan and we connected again over the footy.

At 18 he joined the nave and was on a minesweeper that was sent to clear a path in the Channel for the d day landings so I've been thinking of him a lot recently.
