They've lots of British players

Wonder if that is a preference (in which case they will be paying inflated prices now in a smaller pool of players at the neccessary level) or because they don't have wider scouting networks (in which case they might struggle to find quality and value this window)?

Or maybe I'm overthing it because very little is going on at the moment
