Football is a cynical world which is one reason why we need a Webber or a McNally type

They are a bit like the Robert Fleck or Grant Holt off pitch equivalent. You love them when they are your player but they have an edge which makes other fans dislike them but deep down respect them.

I respect Webber for the job he's done and the fact he is savvy.
