I suspect that if and when he does leave he wouldn't want to do it during a transfer window anyway. For both our sake and also for any hypothetical job he might move to. You'd want time to settle in and assess a squad and narrow down targets.

If we get off to a decent start in the prem this stuff will come round again in 4/5 months though
