do what unreliable son does - ignore it

the missus gets the notifications - she tell's them who the driver was (unreliable son) and they then persue him and he ignores them - then they sell the debt onto someone else to persue and he ignores them, but TBF if a bailliff did turn up he doesn't actually own anything apart from the clothes he wears (and most of them he's pinched off me!) anyone want to adopt him? or at least rent him a room out?
