Money couldn’t go directly into players cos FFP. They’re looking at a Watford/ManC kind of network of clubs each of whom buys/develops players then loans them around for peanuts to get around it. Apparently. Would also help PSG out as UEFA looking at the Neymar/Mbappe deals with an eye to FFP also.
