No-one knows

I don't mean Arya knows, or even Jaqen H'Gar. I mean, no-one knows. Some suggested Bran might have warged the horse to get her out of there, but that doesn't explain its sudden disappearance. In the books there's reference to a pale girl leaving danger on a dying horse and maybe it was a nod to that (but that would be quite subtle, which hasn't really been the tenor these last couple of seasons).
