This Europa league final in Baku looks like being a roaring success

Arsenal and Chelsea returning half their tickets as fans can’t get/can’t afford to get there. Sponsors also returning tickets. Only 23,000 sold on general sale. 11pm kick off. One of Arsenal’s main players can’t go in case he gets attacked.

Even by UEFA standards this appears quite a shambles.
