Which I guess is why they call it a soysage roll, not a sausage roll

they include herbs, spices & flavourings just like a meat sausage roll - even have a curry wurst flavour.
Since you’re into semantics, what is the animal called ‘sausage’, that provides it’s meat for ‘sausage meat’?
