She's helped turn the club around both on and off the pitch in the years she's been here.
The problem is she now has the fans expectations to look after. The first few years were all about turning the business around and investing prudently in the team.
We're now in a position where the fans want real investment in the team, which we've been getting for the last two seasons, but this brings with it pressure to get results.
Delia hasn't had to deal with pressure from the fans since coming to the club and this season has been a real test of her leadership.
Delia?s board have always talked a good game and banged on about being a community club that listens to the fans. They now have to turn their rhetoric into actions or they?ll lose the huge support they?ve managed to build up with the fans.
