Worthington's signings

I was just wondering - and this IS one of my biggest gripes with Worthy - how many of Worthy's many signings (permanent only) since he became manager could be described as "exciting young talent"?

I can think of:

Ashton
Drury
Francis? Rivers? (not sure how old those two were when we bought them)

Any other suggestions?
