Him signing JJ and Earnshaw showed a blatent lack of this even though it has been discussed for a long time previous

He isn't learning anything, hes very stubborn as well, and is quite happy to vent his idiotic anger at the people that he bewilders season after season and I don't believe for a second that he will buy the right players in the middle of the park to take this club forward
