I wasn’t over lambert until this season

I still barked back to those glory days more or less thinking it was probably as good as it was going to get as a Norwich fan.

Now I’m not saying that we’re going to achieve the same level of success, but my god we play some sexy football. Better than we played under lambert.

Had we been languishing in mid table with an uncertain future and he was rocking up as Ipswich manager with them also mid table, that would have stung, particularly if they won!

But we’re top, playing more or less the best football I’ve ever seen from a Norwich side, producing great kids out of the academy and winning matches. They’re bottom and he’s done a pretty s**t job everywhere he’s been since here.

So based on the facts, I couldn’t give a toss that he’s the Ipswich boss.

There’s absolutely no way Farke will ever come back to Norwich with anything other than a great reception - primarily because the man isn’t a tool.

Don’t get me wrong, I loved lambert when he was here, but we always knew he was a bit of a dick.

I don’t care about him anymore, he’s a part of our history, a great part, but I’m not angry and I don’t want him back either. So good luck to him. I definitely won’t be booing.
