Well, the goal difference isn't remotely an issue...

since for it to be a factor they'd have to gain 11 points - basically win 4 games while Rotherham were losing. Even if all of those results were by just a one goal margin that's 8 of the goal difference made up straight away. Their goal difference is actually fine for their record.

Winning 4 games is a far far bigger issue.
