and you are probably right, those players most likely would still be here. But it's certainly easier to get rid of players if you have outstanding youngsters lining up.

For example, Carlton Morris hasn't suddenly been thrown up front to prevent us having to loan Rhodes, most likely because he simply isn't good enough (yet?).
