Local coincidence, the plane was resgisterd on the N Reg

(American register) which is quite a normal thing to do,it changes various requirements needed to operate the plane and is quite legal. The company that operates the trust that allows this to happen is in Bungay. They are a totally reputable company and operate all above board, just thought I’d share the local connection.
Also the Malibu and Mirage’s are both very capable aircraft, I would hazard a guess that if not a tech problem then icing was a factor. It looked like s**tty met that night and wouldn’t have fancied it.
