PM Strappers

I have just lost my phone and internet connection
I was removing the old by main incoming BT box from some old skirting board getting ready to decorate and I must have pulled a wire or 3 out
The white wire is still connected to b
The green orange and black are not!
Where do these unconnected ones go please
I have 2 blocks available labelled - earth and A
