Is the youth signings a sign that our set up has been wrong for a while

All the recent signings look to be plugging the gap for the next few years!

Does that mean our set up at elite Pdc system with our local kids is failing?

Or are we just setting a new standard in scouting etc? How many u23 players we signed since farke arrived? Name them?

Other then Gunn Murphys cantwell haven’t we signed everyone else from lower leagues etc?
