Philip Heise (27) has never made a secret of his future plans at Dynamo Dresden.
"My dream is to play in England," he insisted on several occasions. The left-winger's dream is now coming true!
As BILD learned, Heise moves to English second-division second Norwich City. The deal is expected to be done perfectly on Thursday.

At Norwich, the outside defender, whose contract would have expired in the summer anyway, meets an old acquaintance. Dresden's Marcel Franke, who is currently on loan to Darmstadt, is also playing there.
